Exit51 continuously collects your precise GPS location to provide core features:
Location Sharing with Friends: If you have accepted friend requests, your real-time location, speed, and explored map areas are visible to those friends. You can disable all location sharing by enabling "Ghost Mode" in the App settingsb when active, Ghost Mode prevents your location from being sent to our servers or displayed to any other users.
Permission Requests: Exit51 will request foreground location permission (iOS: "While Using the App") and background location permission (iOS: "Always Allow"). You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, which will prevent location tracking.

Exit51 sends a "heartbeat" ping every 30 seconds when the App is open to keep you marked as online. Friends can see your last-seen timestamp, indicating when you were last active in the App.
Ghost Mode completely stops location sharing. When enabled, your location is not sent to our servers and is not visible to any friends, even if they have accepted friend requests. Ghost Mode does not affect other features like your garage or leaderboard presence.
You can control who sees your garage and modifications:
You can set your profile to private on leaderboards. If private, your profile shows a lock icon instead of your avatar and username, and other users cannot click to view your profile.
You can delete your Exit51 account at any time through App settings. Account deletion will permanently remove your user data, garage, and all associated information from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Exit51 requires a subscription to use the App. Two plans are available:
Included Features:
A subscription is required to use Exit51. If you choose the monthly plan, you receive 3 days of free access before your first charge. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store:
Exit51 Pro (Monthly) includes a 3-day free trial for new users. During the free trial, you have full access to all Pro features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends (within 3 days), your subscription will automatically activate and you will be charged for the monthly plan on your next billing date.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS Settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Exit51 > Manage > Cancel Subscription). Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you will lose access to Pro features at the end of your current billing cycle.
Free Trial Cancellation: To avoid being charged for your subscription, you must cancel within your 3-day free trial period. Cancellation of a free trial takes effect immediately.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies. We cannot refund charges processed by Apple. All refund requests must be made through Apple at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
No Refunds for Partial Periods: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing cycles or unused portions of subscriptions.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect on your next renewal date. If you do not agree to new pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
You agree not to use Exit51:
When you send a friend request to another user, your username and profile become visible to them. Accepting a friend request grants bidirectional access to location data, garage information, and map exploration history (subject to privacy settings).
You are responsible for friend requests and social interactions you initiate. We are not responsible for disputes between users or misuse of the friend system.
Exit51's map is divided into tiles. As you drive, you automatically explore tiles, which reveals the map and contributes to leaderboard rankings. Tiles are persistent and tracked server-side, and your explored tiles are visible to friends.
Exit51 maintains global and crew-based leaderboards ranking users by top speed and map exploration. Your rank, username, vehicle info, and profile image appear on leaderboards unless you set your profile to private. You can change privacy settings at any time.
Exit51, including all logos, designs, text, graphics, features, and functionality, is owned by EZ Recurring LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
You retain ownership of profile images, vehicle photos, and garage modifications you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant EZ Recurring LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and store your content for the purposes of operating Exit51.
Data you generate in Exit51 (locations, tiles explored, speed records, garage information) is owned by EZ Recurring LLC but associated with your account. You own the right to delete this data by deleting your account.
EXIT51 IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
Location Accuracy: GPS location data may contain errors or delays. Exit51 should not be relied upon for navigation, emergency services, or safety-critical decisions. Do not use Exit51 while driving except with hands-free controls.
Data Security: While we use standard security measures, we do not guarantee data security or privacy. You acknowledge that data transmission over the internet and storage on servers carries inherent risks. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account password, and Apple ID. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials or device.
Data Loss: Although we maintain routine backups, you are solely responsible for any loss of data. We are not liable for data corruption, loss, or unavailability. You should not rely on Exit51 as your only record of important information.
Bugs & Technical Issues: We are not responsible for bugs, software defects, or technical malfunctions. We make no guarantee that all bugs will be fixed or that the App will operate without errors.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZ RECURRING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Liability Cap: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR CLAIM, OR $0 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. This cap applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Exception: The liability limitations above do not apply to claims of gross negligence or willful misconduct by EZ Recurring LLC.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ Recurring LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you:
Upon termination, your right to use Exit51 ceases immediately. We may delete your account and all associated data. You are prohibited from creating a new account under a fake name or on behalf of another person.
We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Exit51 after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms. We may also change, update, or discontinue features of the App without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Wyoming, USA, unless otherwise agreed. You waive the right to a jury trial and class action proceedings.
The following disputes are not subject to arbitration and may be brought in court: disputes involving intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, or requests for injunctive relief.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed, and the remaining Terms remain in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EZ Recurring LLC regarding Exit51. Any other agreements, understandings, or representations are void.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
